About this development
The Aurelia is our largest development to date: a 19-storey tower rising above the Guzape escarpment, with river views from every unit on the eastern face. Structural work reached the 14th floor in July 2026, and the build remains on the programme set at launch.
We released the first units off-plan in 2024 at a price well below projected completion value, and staged pricing has moved up with each construction milestone since. Buyers on staged payment plans receive a monthly site progress report with photographs, not just a percentage figure.
Sixty-four units are planned across 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts, including four full-floor penthouses on the top level. A show apartment is open at the site office for buyers who want to see finishes before committing — book a visit through our sales team.
