Fifteen years of building in one city
Ify Junior Properties Limited started in 2011 with commercial fit-outs and residential renovations around Abuja. We built our first development from the ground up two years later, and haven't built outside the Federal Capital Territory since.
That focus is deliberate. Staying in one city means our design, construction and facilities teams know the terrain, the terms of engagement with the FCDA, and which neighbourhoods hold value — and it shows in where and how we build.

Build once, build properly
We measure a development by how it holds up ten years after handover, not by how it photographs at launch. That means independent structural review on every project, published service charge accounts, and a facilities team that stays on once the sales team has moved to the next site.

We specify materials and structural standards for a fifty-year building life, not a five-year sales cycle. Every development is engineered and signed off by independent structural consultants before handover.
Straight dealing
Prices, payment plans and completion timelines are published up front and held to. If a schedule moves, buyers hear it from us first — not from a site visit.
Designed, not just built
Every project starts on an architect's table, not a spreadsheet. Layouts, light and landscaping are worked through before a single block is laid.

Fifteen years, in brief
2011
Ify Junior Properties founded
Started in Abuja delivering commercial fit-outs and residential renovations for private clients.
2013
First ground-up development
Delivered a 12-unit terrace development in Life Camp — our first project built from foundation to finish.
2016
In-house design & build unit
Brought architecture, interiors and construction management under one roof to shorten the distance between design and delivery.
2019
Ivory Court, Asokoro completed
Our first gated luxury villa estate, and the project that established our presence in Abuja's premium districts.
2022
Meridian Residences delivered
Our first high-rise apartment tower, completed in Maitama with full facility management handed to residents.
2024
First commercial tower
Completed Junction Business Park, a Grade-A office development in the Central Business District.
2026
Nine developments, one city
Three developments delivered, three underway and three in planning — over 1,200 units across eight Abuja districts.
