About this development
Skyline Towers is our most ambitious mixed-use project: retail across the ground two floors, office space through the mid-rise, and studio and 2-bedroom apartments from the 12th floor up, all overlooking Jabi Lake. It's a more complex build than anything we've delivered before, and we've resourced it accordingly with a dedicated site team separate from our other live projects.
Piling and foundation work completed in late 2025, and podium-level construction is now underway. The residential floors are being marketed off-plan first, with office and retail floors to follow once the podium structure is topped out.
We're publishing quarterly, not monthly, progress updates on this one given the longer programme — but every update includes drone footage of the site, not just a written note. Reserve a unit with a fully refundable deposit before the next pricing tier takes effect.
