Palm Grove Estate is a deliberately unhurried project. We completed all civil works — estate roads, drainage, boundary wall and the gatehouse — before marketing began, so buyers walking the site see infrastructure that already exists rather than a rendering of what's promised.
Forty-eight homes are planned across 3-bedroom terraces and 4-bedroom semi-detached units, arranged around a shared green corridor rather than a single access road. Groundworks on the first block began in February 2025 and superstructure work is now underway on blocks A and B.
Off-plan pricing remains available on unreleased blocks, with a staged payment plan running to estimated completion in December 2026. Site visits run every Saturday morning — no appointment required.
