Meridian Residences

Meridian Residences was our first high-rise development, and the project that took us from building on individual plots to building on a skyline. The 28-storey tower sits on Maitama's northern edge, close enough to the green belt that most units look straight out over tree cover rather than into a neighbouring building.

We built the tower around a straightforward idea: a tower is only as good as its facilities management. Every unit was sold with a service charge structure agreed before handover, and the on-site facilities office — security, power, water, maintenance — has operated without a gap since the first resident moved in.

Ninety-six 2 and 3-bedroom apartments were sold across a three-year construction programme, the last of them handed over on schedule in November 2022. A small number of resales come up through our sales office each year; enquire directly for current availability.
