Junction Business Park

Junction Business Park was our first commercial development, built on the conviction that Abuja's CBD needed more genuinely Grade-A office space — dual power, real fibre infrastructure, and floor plates that don't force every tenant into the same layout.

The building was designed around flexibility: raised floors, minimal internal columns, and a core positioned to allow full-floor or split-floor tenancies without reworking the building services. Ground-floor retail and a rooftop terrace were part of the original design rather than later additions.

Completed in March 2024, the building reached full occupancy within twelve months, and our facilities team continues to manage the building's services, security and common areas on behalf of the tenants and investors who now hold floors within it.
