Ivory Court

Ivory Court was our first gated villa development, and the project that established us in Abuja's premium districts. Twenty-four detached villas sit on a single close in Asokoro, each on its own plot rather than sharing party walls, with private gardens, driveways and staff quarters as standard.

The brief we set ourselves was simple: build villas that don't need to be extended or reworked five years after handover. Room proportions, storage and staff accommodation were all sized generously rather than to a minimum, which is part of why resale values on the close have held up well since completion.

All 24 villas sold before construction finished in 2019. Resales come up occasionally through owners moving on — our sales office maintains a waiting list for the close and can advise when a unit becomes available.
